First Craft

Today I watched my sisters two youngest kids while she took Alexis to the dentist. They had a great time playing together. After my sister got back and we had lunchand then we had craft time. We made tambourines!! We used paper plates (decorate how you want), tape, stapler, and Cheerios to fill between the paper plates. Sydney has really started to color and enjoyed coloring on the paper plates. Reagan finished coloring her plates first and we started to put Cheerios out on her plates and Sydney started to sneak Cheerios off her plates!!! Girl loves to snack!! After we all finished our projects they loved shaking them to make noise and I told my sister have fun on the way home with THREE tambourines!!! haha.

Everything that is FUN!!

Sydney just turned 18 months and loves to be outside!!!

She loves it when you count to three and yell GO!!!!

Sunday, Nana and Papa (Self) bought Sydney a new swimming pool!! She took a nap while Stephen and I got it ready for her. This is Sydney when she first saw her pool!

The pool even has a slide. The water was really cold and I don't think she wanted to go but of course Stephen sent her down anyway!!

WOW.....that water is cold!!!

Everytime we spend time outside, Sydney waves bye bye to everyone passing by!

Day dreaming!

This was the first time EVER that Sydney "smiled" when I asked her to for a picture!!! I love the little face she is giving!!! TOO funny

The second smile was much cuter!!! Does she come with a straw because I would sure like to drink her up!!!!

Tubes Surgery Day

This was pre-op photo shoot!!
This was in pre-op still. Goofing off.

She was very loving before she went back.
This was the surgical nurse that took her back.

This was after I held her for aprox. 2 minutes then she started to cry some. When we walked back there to the recovery area there was probably 5 people around her and I thought something was wrong because where I work when there are lots of people are around something is going on. Then after we saw her on the stretcher this guy told us to have a seat here and started to get a towel out. I thought to myself..does he know that's my baby over there and why am I sitting way over here and why do I need a towel? After he started talking about how she might get sick and one of the other nurses started to bring her over to me I thought ...okay I get it now (LOL)!!! She still couldn't hold her head up yet and was like a little newborn again. Soon after sitting with me she started to cry a little. The nurses said they didn't want to give her over because she was so cute with her pretty big brown eyes....awww(sorry I can't do without her). All in all she did great and I was surprised that she didn't get upset more than she did. Everyone from doctor to family was trying to prepare me for her screaming and not being able to console her but she did perfect!!! Thanks for all the prayers for Sydney.
