28th birthday

May 2 was my 28th birthday. My immediate family has a tradition of going out to eat for birthday person. This year I wanted to try something different. I get tired of eating at the same restaurants so after researching online I decided to try Bonefish Grill. I was not disappointed, the food was great. The service was awesome as well. We had two servers since we had 14 people with us.
Outside Bonefish before we ate our yummy meal.

My view from the table. Of course I was at the head of the table. This is everyone deciding what they want to eat.

Alexis calls Sydney her baby. It's always a fight to see who is going to sit next to Sydney.

My oldest sister, Missy and her family.

Sydney loves the garlic mashed potatoes!! More please.

Birthday brownie cake with ice cream! YUMMY.

Bonefish gave me chocolates for my birthday, I thought that was a cool treat.

First Travelers game

Last night we took Sydney to her first Travelers game. Some guys from Stephen's work went with us as well. I wasn't sure how Sydney would act but she did great. There is so much more room for her to run around then the old ball field. The new stadium is gorgeous. Lots of yummy food to pig out on too! First off Sydney met Shelly the mascot. At first she just looked at her and then wanted to touch her but she never gave her a hug.....BUT she didn't cry either so that's good. In the middle of the game Stephen's friend P.J caught a foul ball and gave it to Sydney. We thought that was kinda neat to go to her first game and get a foul ball. We had a great time, I'm glad we went.
Shelly came back around later in the game and Sydney gave her five!!! But still no hug! lol.

Sydney being silly Sydney!

Mommie and Sydney right before the game started.

Sydney in her seat...she didn't weigh enough to hold down her seat and it folded up on her at first and we laughed so hard...so then i had to put my leg on it the rest of the time(when she sat down the few times)

The crew! Adam and Shelly. Stephen, Sarah, and Sydney. T.J aka Squirrel and Leslie aka Possum. P.J. on the end...looks like he had a accident in his shirt. lol

Friday night fun

Friday was a busy but fun evening for us. Sydney and I met Stephen after work at his company's annual crawfish boil. This was Sydney's first crawfish experience. I was curious to she how she would react when she saw them.
going for her first crawfish.....Stephen was embarrassed that I was taking pics in front of people he works with.

hhmmmm not too bad?
okay maybe not...actually as soon as she put the whole mud bug to her mouth Stephen took it away from her but we did open one up for her and she did eat it.

i like spicy crawfish!!!

After the crawfish boil at Stephen's work we went to Dennis and kali's house to hang out and let the kids play. They have a cool blow up bounce play gym for the kids to play in. They played for about 2 hrs and they had a blast. Both of them were sweaty from playing so hard.
